Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

This agreement is intended to stipulate the terms and conditions, procedures, and other necessary matters for the homepage service provided by 'mi&mi HOLDINGS' (hereinafter referred to as 'the Company').

Article 2 (Effectiveness and Changes of Terms)

  1. 1. This agreement becomes effective upon notice to users.
  2. 2. The contents of this agreement are posted on the service screen, and any changes to the agreement are announced through the Company's online notices.
  3. 3. The Company may revise this agreement when deemed necessary, and the revised agreement becomes effective in the same manner as Article 1.

Article 3 (Supplementary Rules for Terms Application)

  1. 1. This agreement applies together with the terms of use and separate agreements for services provided by the Company.
  2. 2. Matters not specified in this agreement shall follow the provisions of relevant laws and regulations.

Article 4 (Definitions)

The definitions of terms used in this agreement are as follows.

  1. 1. "User" refers to individual and corporate members who access the "Homepage" and receive services provided by the "Homepage" in accordance with this agreement.
  2. 2. "Registration" refers to the act of entering relevant information in the application form provided by the Company and completing the service use contract by agreeing to this agreement.
  3. 3. "Member" refers to a user who has registered as a member by providing personal and corporate information to the "Homepage" and can continuously receive information from the "Homepage" and continue to use the relevant services.
  4. 4. "ID" refers to a combination of characters and numbers that a member applies for and the Company approves for member identification and service use.
  5. 5. "Password" refers to a combination of characters and numbers selected by the user to verify that the user's member ID matches and to protect their privacy in communication.
  6. 6. "Withdrawal" refers to the act of a member terminating the service use contract.
  7. 7. Terms not defined in this agreement are defined in separate agreements and terms of use for individual services.

Article 5 (Member Qualification and Service Application)

  1. 1. Membership registration is completed after the user agrees to this agreement and responds to the prescribed registration procedures required by the Company.
  2. 2. The Company provides member IDs free of charge when new members join, and service applicants must apply for service use under their real names.
  3. 3. Membership registration is established by the Company's approval of the user's service application and the user's agreement to the terms and conditions.
  4. 4. After user registration, a screen showing the registration status online is immediately displayed to applicants who meet the corresponding conditions.

Article 6 (Member Qualification Withdrawal and Disqualification)

  1. 1. Member qualifications may be restricted and suspended in the following cases:
    1. a. When applying using another person's name
    2. b. When applying with false information in the service contract application or by attaching false documents
    3. c. When applying for the purpose of harming social peace or good morals
    4. d. When interfering with others' use of the Company's services or stealing such information
    5. e. When using the Company's website to engage in acts prohibited by laws and this agreement
    6. f. When other service application requirements set by the Company are insufficient

Article 7 (Service Provision and Use)

  1. 1. Service use is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, unless there are special business or technical obstacles for the Company.
  2. 2. The Company may suspend service provision in the following cases:
    1. a. When unavoidable for system maintenance
    2. b. When telecommunications service providers specified in the Telecommunications Business Act suspend telecommunications services
    3. c. When other reasons occur that prevent the Company from providing services
  3. 3. The services provided by the Company are as follows, and the Company may notify users of changes to the service content and provide modified services as specified below:
    1. a. Homepage (Member Terms)
    2. b. All other services developed by the Company or provided through cooperation agreements with other companies

Article 8 (Consent to Use of Member Information)

  1. 1. The Company's privacy policy applies to members' personal information.
  2. 2. The Company's member information is collected, used, managed, and protected as follows:
    1. a. Collection of Personal Information: The Company collects information about you through information you provide when joining the Company's services, information you provide for community activities, information you provide for participating in various events, and information you provide for obtaining advertisements or prizes.
    2. b. Use of Personal Information: The Company does not disclose or distribute personal information of members collected in relation to the provision of the Company's services to third parties without the member's consent. However, this does not apply when there are requests from national institutions under the provisions of laws such as the Basic Telecommunications Act, when there are investigative purposes for crimes or requests from the Information and Communication Ethics Committee, when there are requests according to procedures specified in other relevant laws and regulations, or when you voluntarily disclose personal information provided to the Company.
    3. c. Management of Personal Information: You can modify/delete your personal information at any time in the homepage member information for the protection and management of personal information.
    4. d. Protection of Personal Information: Only you can view/modify/delete your personal information, which is entirely managed by your ID and password. Therefore, you should not share your ID and password with others, and you must log out when you finish work and close the web browser window (this is necessary to protect your information when using computers in public places such as internet cafes or libraries where computers are shared with others).
    5. e. Others: Please be aware that personal information you voluntarily provide online through bulletin boards, email, etc., can be collected and used by others. Unwanted situations may arise due to personal information posted in public spaces. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of personal information, and the Company bears no responsibility for any consequences arising from personal information leakage.
  3. 3. A member's application for service use to the Company in accordance with this agreement is considered consent to the Company's collection, use, and provision of member information recorded in the application in accordance with this agreement.

Article 9 (User Information Security)

  1. 1. From the moment a registration applicant completes the Company's service registration procedure, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the information you entered, and the member is responsible for all consequences arising from the use of the member's ID and password.
  2. 2. The member is responsible for all management of ID and password, and if the member discovers that their ID or password has been used improperly, they must immediately report it to the Company. All responsibility for not reporting lies with the member.
  3. 3. Users must properly terminate their connection each time they finish using the Company's services, and the Company bears no responsibility for damages and losses arising from third parties using information about you due to improper termination.

Article 10 (Provision of Information and Advertisement Placement)

  1. 1. In operating the service, the Company may provide various information to members through methods such as posting on the website.
  2. 2. The Company may place advertisements on websites, email, etc., in relation to service operation.

Article 11 (Copyright of Posts Submitted to the Company)

  1. 1. You have rights to the content of posts you have posted.
  2. 2. The Company has the right to edit and move posted content without prior notice, and may delete it without prior notice in the following cases:
    1. a. When posting content that violates this service agreement or is deemed commercial, illegal, obscene, or vulgar
    2. b. When the content defames or slanders other members or third parties, damaging their reputation
    3. c. When the content violates public order and good morals
    4. d. When the content is deemed to be related to criminal acts
    5. e. When the content infringes on third parties' copyrights or other rights
    6. f. Posts by withdrawn members
    7. g. Other cases that violate relevant laws and regulations
  3. 3. You must bear full civil and criminal responsibility for any copyright infringement of others caused by your posts.

Article 12 (Company's Obligations and Responsibilities)

  1. 1. The ownership and operation of the service belongs to the Company.
  2. 2. The Company cannot disclose, publish, or distribute members' personal information obtained in relation to the service to others without prior consent, and cannot use it for commercial purposes other than service-related purposes. However, cases under relevant laws and regulations and cases for investigative purposes are exceptions.

Article 13 (Member's Obligations)

  1. 1. Members must comply with relevant laws and regulations, the provisions of this agreement, usage guidelines and precautions notified by the Company, and must not engage in any acts that interfere with the Company's business.
  2. 2. Members cannot engage in any commercial activities using the service without the Company's prior consent.
  3. 3. Members cannot use information obtained through the service by copying, duplicating, modifying, translating, publishing, broadcasting, or other methods without the Company's prior consent, or provide such information to others.
  4. 4. Members must not engage in the following acts in relation to service use:
    1. a. Unauthorized use of other members' IDs
    2. b. Acts aimed at criminal activities or related to other criminal activities
    3. c. Acts that harm good customs or social order
    4. d. Acts that defame or insult others
    5. e. Acts that infringe on others' intellectual property rights
    6. f. Hacking activities or distribution of computer viruses
    7. g. Acts of transmitting certain content such as advertising information against others' will
    8. h. Modification of information posted on the Company's website
    9. i. Any acts that may cause or are likely to cause interference with stable service operation
    10. j. Other acts that violate relevant laws and regulations

Article 14 (Changes to Member Information)

  1. 1. If there are changes to member information (address, email address, etc.), members must immediately notify and modify them on the web operated by the Company.
  2. 2. Responsibility for failure to notify and modify changes lies entirely with the member, and this may be grounds for service suspension and termination.

Article 15 (Deletion of Posts or Content)

The Company may delete posts or content of the service without prior notice or consent if they violate regulations or exceed the Company's prescribed posting period.

Article 16 (Contract Termination and Service Restrictions)

  1. 1. When a member wishes to terminate the service contract, they must apply to the Company by the day before the intended termination date through the service or email (however, if the termination date is a legal holiday, by 2 days before the start of the holiday).
  2. 2. The Company may terminate the service contract if a member violates the contents of this agreement and does not resolve it within the Company's prescribed period.
  3. 3. The Company may restrict and suspend service use for members who violate the contract terms without prior consent.
  4. 4. The Company has the right to suspend and terminate services regarding usage that does not match the member's contract terms and acts that violate laws and regulations.

Article 17 (Compensation for Damages)

The Company bears no responsibility for any damages that occur to members in relation to services provided free of charge, except when such damages are caused by the Company's gross negligence.

Article 18 (Disclaimer)

  1. 1. The Company is exempt from responsibility for service suspension when it cannot provide services due to natural disasters or other force majeure events.
  2. 2. The Company is exempt from responsibility for service use disruptions caused by users' own fault.
  3. 3. The Company is exempt from responsibility for damages suffered by users due to information obtained through service use.
  4. 4. The Company is exempt from responsibility for the reliability or accuracy of information provided through the service network provided by the Company.
  5. 5. The Company is exempt from responsibility for the content of materials posted or transmitted by users.

Supplementary Provision 1.

(Effective Date) This agreement shall be effective from July 30, 2025.
